At Baba Love Kids, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

Returns

Our return and exchange policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. After 3 days, we may not be able to offer a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and unworn.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Tags, if provided, should remain attached.
You must provide your order details or proof of purchase.

Items that have been washed, worn, damaged by the customer, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.

If you need an exchange, contact us at info@babalove.pk within 3 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund or exchange has been approved.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method or bank.

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent by us.

Shipping for Returns

If the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective item received from us, we will guide you regarding the return shipping process.

For returns due to reasons other than an error on our part, return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility.
